I don't know if you know of him or not but this black guy, Paul Barton, is planning this huge Heroin Awareness movement thing in Van Wert to "Save" the city. While I think it's an honorable enough idea I think it's stupid that they think it's going to make a dent in the drug game here in town. That's what I plan to discuss.
Very honorable but god knows nobody in that town is going to listen anyways! Props for trying Paul!
